Services Performed in our Endoscopy Facilities
Madera Ambulatory Endoscopy Center (MAEC) is a separately owned corporation and retains a separate Tax ID number. For billing purposes, you are charged no differently than if your procedure had been performed in a hospital. All patients rendered services in our endoscopy centers will receive 2 billing statements, one from the CGA and the other from MAEC.
